Product Description

We used a lightweight blue denim for this Apron. It is heavier than Homespun but light weight enough to gather easily. The waistband is 21" across with an attached 42" tie at either end. The bag hangs 11" from bottom of waistband. Machine wash and dry perma press. One size fits most.

The Apron is used in multiple ways depending how you choose to tie it. Ungather it and you can spill out the contants onto the table for processing. The tough fabric will hold up to muddy veggies and wash well after use. Washing in hot water will cause shrinkage up to 5% but that is barely noticable in this style. Washing also makes it softer.

Great working apron!

I use this apron during dog training. It is the absolutely most perfect apron to hold all the training treat bags and accessories. Regular aprons have small, relatively useless pockets in the front if they have any at all. I had also tried the work aprons Home Depot sells but they didn't serve the purpose very well either - their pockets, while deep, were designed to hold tools close to the body so that the pocket held the tools without them falling out when you bend over. I needed an apron whose pockets were wide enough for several treat bags and roomy enough to be able to get my hand in and out quickly and easily. This apron perfectly fits the bill. Plus, i am on the chunky side and yet the ties are long enough that i can easily wrap them around me and tie in the front which is so much more comfortable to do than trying to tie them behind me. This way i can make the apron tight enough that my hand going in and out of the pocket doesn't drag the front of the apron down. The trainer was so impressed with this apron that she asked me where I got it and asked that I bring it to another class she will be teaching so that others can see it as well.
