Policies and Shipping
As of 11/15- We are running 1- 7 days to make and ship your order.
- Although many times, aprons are shipped within 24 hours of order, please allow up to 1 week. We ask this as we offer 9 sizes in 4 lengths. We strive to fit our customers with the same effort as any clothing company. Often times, your order is being created for you. Depending on fabric stock and standing orders that came before you, we average 7 days but ask that you allow 14 days in case every variable has reared its head. But please note, if you need something immediately, please use our contact form and we can let you know if it's in stock and expected ship date. We are excellent at responding to contact forms!
- We ship everywhere within the U.S. USPS Priority Mail for a flat fee of $5. This includes tracking.
- We also ship International USPS, First Class International for a flat fee of $18. There is no tracking for this service and we cannot be responsible for overseas delivery.
- If your order is a gift, let us know and we will send a gift receipt instead of an invoice.
- We take returns if returned 2 days within arrival. It must be in same new condition including scent free. We refund the full price of the items minus shipping. We can also offer an exchange or credit, whatever works best for you.
- We do not share customer information and have a great respect for their privacy.
- Most of our aprons are shipped in a bubble mailer, in which they are tied with a pretty Organdy ribbon. Orders for multiple Aprons, Bridal Aprons and Linen Aprons are shipped in a white mailer garment box and are also tied up with a pretty Organdy ribbon and pink tissue. We want you to feel as if a present as arrived.
