Policies and Shipping
In preparation for the need for Holiday deliveries to arrive on time, we are working at "Holiday production speed" and aprons are going heading out 1-5 days after order instead of what is stated below.
- We ship everywhere within the U.S. USPS Priority Mail for a flat fee of $5. This includes tracking.
- We also ship International USPS, First Class International for a flat fee of $18. There is no tracking for this service and we cannot be responsible for overseas delivery.
- We offer size and on some items, length choices. As this is custom work, it causes a variation in shipping expectations. Depending on stock levels and workroom flow, orders may ship the very same day or up to 10 days later. Please allow for that. If you have something you need immediately, emailing us your inquiry works best. We can let you know an expected ship date for the item of which you are interested.
- We take returns if returned 2 days within arrival. It must be in same new condition including scent free. We refund the full price of the items minus shipping. We can also offer an exchange or credit, whatever works best for you.
- We do not share customer information and have a great respect for their privacy.
- Most of our aprons are shipping in a bubble mailer, in which they are tied with an Organdy ribbon. Order for multiple Aprons, Bridal Aprons and Linen Aprons are shipping in a garment box and are also tied with an Organdy ribbon.
